Ms. Kathy is awesome at what she does. She will listen to what you want and will tell you if it is possible or not. She won't tell you she can do something that is not possible for your type of hair. I have seen many beautician's tell someone they can give you a haircut that they are fully aware may not be possible with your hair type. They then chop your hair off, and it doesn't look anything like what you wanted, and they still expect you to pay for a botched job.k You CAN NOT put the hair back! It is nice to have someone who will listen and tell you the truth!
