Moving is always stressful and the single biggest stressor can often be finding the right home, at an affordable price, that becomes a home to be proud of. Add in the stress of moving for the military, coupled with a short timeline and a huge demand on our time upon arrival in Leesville, LA, and we had the recipe for misery. Susan was phenomenal from the very first unscheduled visit and showing. She was available through the entire process and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of as buyers and sellers. She was very responsive to any inquiry from us, the lending institutions, as well as the other parties involved. We Bryan this process simply as business partners however, we have finished it as friends. I have already sent family members to Susan and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Totally 10/10 recommend.

Wanda Pynes was an outstanding agent. She was very patient and professional as she took us to look at numerous houses. After we closed she still helped us with turning on utilities, providing us references for home improvement persons, and any question or concerns we had. She went above and beyond what we expect from a realtor. She is a wonderful person and so kind. I cannot say enough great things about her. Thanks again!!!
