Lydia, Martha & Caitlin were all extremely courteous, kind, compassionate, professional through the whole process. It's a difficult ordeal to go through, however, Lydia(my newest kin folk) help the process go smoothly. There was no pressure, we felt free to make our own decisions. She guided us through.
From the start, arrangements, through the service, grave site, to the finish, everything was very organized.
