After a failed attempt with a different company, I was recommended to Jim at Window Medics. Jim came out the same week to measure to replace a broken window (during the time frame promised). Once ordered, it came in under the time he promised. Jim called when it arrived and was able to come replace the window the following day (also during the time frame promised). I appreciate the ease, reliability and communication from Window Medics. Highly recommend!
