I have a pool heater/chiller that went out on me about a month ago. The 1st guy that looked at it said the capacitor was bad so replaced it and still wouldn’t blow cold. The 2nd guy said I just need to replace the whole unit because of the compressor being bad and said the cost would be close to the same ($6K) so I called Craig Duvall. Craig answered his phone immediately and was at my house in Covington, LA from Baton Rouge within an hour! He told me that Pentair has a 10 year warranty on compressors which I confirmed with a simple google search. The compressor finally game in and Craig and his son, Dustin, came by yesterday to fix it. OMG,,I legitimately do not have the words to express how AMAZING Mr. Craig is!! I called him after I’d call another A/C repair company (who I’d called the week before to come out to fix the A/C; claimed they had; charged me an arm and leg and was going to charge me ANOTHER fee just to come out and see IF it was something they’d done wrong or not) and he had my AC running within an hour!!! Not only is he SUPER QUICK, he fixed a completely different window unit in my house in like 30 mins!!!! I cannot speak enough about this man and his company!!!! If you have any heating or cooling needs that you want resolved quickly and efficiently, CALL DUVALL!!!!

Our AC gave out on us very abruptly and they came out SO FAST. They recommended we try a cheaper fix before we replaced the whole unit, in an attempt to save us money, NOT screw us out of it. And when it seemed like we would need the new unit after all, he went out of his way to triple check and make sure that was the true solution and what was best for us. Then, they got the unit changed promptly. Very nice, knowledgeable, caring people. They have a lifetime customer now!
