My technician Jack was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time, and explained everything that he had to do.The outside was serviced and cleaned. After leaving outside he proceeded to the Attic and checked everything there. Jack checked all of my filters and explained to me about my A C unit. Im very pleased with The Dream Team.
As always Jack was pleasant, timely, communicated clearly, in terms I could understand, and was very thorough. He even remembered my son and asked about his ball games (from a year ago)! I truly appreciate his courtesy and attention to detail.
