“Martin's is the best. They come quickly and always fix the problem. The service men are so polite, reliable and honest. I wouldn't call anyone else. Martin's is the go to A/C company. They are local and care about their customers. Thanks Martin's for your service.”
“I needed an estimate on HVAC repair/replacement ! Jared was very thorough with the inspection on my HVAC system! He documented everything that needs repaired/replaced ! I almost forgot about Cheri and how much she really cared about my needs ! I called on Friday and she was extremely busy with an emergency situation that came up and she didn’t forget about my needs and she made sure to reach out to me as soon as she could! Thank you Cheri for everything you have done for me to help me !”
“Super impressed with everything from the consultation on 8/20 to the installation on 8/25. After a couple tries with another company, Trahan’s came through and got the job done. I appreciate Jacob’s thorough explanation on the replacement decision. For the day of the changeout, the crew showed up before 8:30am and went straight to work. Johnathan and (I think) Brady were hard at it even in the extreme heat!! A few hours in (I think) Birdie (Supervisor) showed up on the site. After a quick meet and greet he jumped into the mix to help the guys out. It was a big job. 5 ton unit and everything but the duct work got changed inside and out. I can’t think these guys enough for the hard work they put in today with a real feel temp of 108 outside (not taking into consideration the stagnant cooking heat of the attic). They came out of the attic playing “We are the Champions”, and that was the perfect song for them!!”
