A couple of weeks ago in the middle of the night my toy hauler suffered a blowout on both passenger side tires. I was on a trip from San Antonio, TX to Miami, FL. There was no way to tow this. I called RV Specialist and Myra answered. She was the true definition of customer service. She got me roadside assistance to replace the tires so I could make it to her shop. I explained my situation and she got the RV operational so I could complete the trip. She even opened the site on a Saturday so I can come and get the RV to continue my journey. Myra is the best. Great employees. After hurricane i was getting nowhere with a estimate. She got it done for me. What was a helping hand one i thought was not possible. Merry Christmas she deserves santa's list because she was a very,very good girl.

these people rock brought RV last year with ice box issues thought they had it fixed but it went out again took it back in and resolved the issue with no fussing. not like the other chain stores recently our AC went out while camping there road tech was out of town was about to pick up and go home but they sent shop mech out to save the weekend.
