My counselor was awesome seemed like she genuinely was concerned. I was dropped from her service unfortunately. She had more confidence in my abilities than I could put forth and I got frustrated always failing her test it kinda took all the will out of me. So words of advise be ready to confront your issue or don’t sign up 👍

Update: since my review, my daughter has been seeing a different counselor and things have changed 100%. Thank you for hearing my request and striving to make things right. I have also updated from 2 to 4 stars.Slow to return calls. Counselor was unprofessional.
