I had a bad transmission in a GMC four-wheel drive 2010. The owner took time away from his family to come to my house to check out the situation we figured out it was definitely the transmission. He immediately went and got the dolly to tow it and brought it to the shop. The quotes he gave me were very reasonable compared to what I had shopped online. Definitely would recommend the guys up there are awesome.

If you’re willing to wait a bit the attention to the details makes it worth doing in the end. We’ve got our Toyota Century running like a “Top” thanks to Grand Touring. These are not common vehicles and they took the job, took care of some over due maintenance and got us cruising right. This car is so cool and glad they were willing to work on it. Thanks.

After a futile, frustrating and expensive ordeal with another German Independent in New Orleans, I called Grand Touring after research and a recommendation. I have a ‘93 Mercedes that was misfiring and running very rough; the previous shop had the car a month and still had no clue what was wrong. Several thorough conversations with Glenn gave me confidence to have the car towed to Abita Springs despite being in New Orleans. It took JD all of two hours to diagnose and fix the car. Runs as it should now, minimal time and cost expense. Communication, professionalism, value and attention to detail all at a superior level.
