Awesome customer service!! I called this florist 30 min before they closed. I work 12 hour shifts so i wouldn't make it before closing time. I didn't get her name but the nice lady over the phone took my order. She was patient with me while i ran back and forth to give my card number over the phone. She patiently took the instructions for the card message, and even changed out the ribbon color on the plant. Not to mention she made it simple and easy for me to pick up the plant after hours and might i add it is the most gorgeous plant! Buz-N-Bee prices are unmatched, as i compared prices to the other florist i used in the past. I will most certainly be shopping with them...read full review
I have been a customer of Buz-NBee florist and garden center as well as have had the pleasure of knowing Linda for roughly 16 years now and can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her with anything having to do with floral arrangements, planting advice for my yard or plant knowledge. The woman is incredible! ?
Called her on Friday for funeral on Monday- didn’t know much about flowers, just told her to please make as pretty as possible with purples and whites. She blew my expectation out the water! It was GORGEOUS & perfect to honor such a sweet soul. Thank you!!!!!
