We have used Reed's in the past. When we had issues again, they were the ones we called. Reed's came through for us again. We needed to replace one of our a/c units and Cody and his team delivered great service and follow-up the very next day of our call. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Reed's for your a/c needs.
Cody and his team have come to my rescue twice. First time was a Friday afternoon before 4th of July when blower motor went out. A few years later on a Saturday in July my compressor needed to be replaced. They fixed both problems immediately and the cost was extremely reasonable. Great people and customer service.
A person from Tim's SouthernAIR tried to convince us that the whole unit needed to be replaced for $17,000. Cody was able to fix the problem for under $200. Worst and best customer experience of my life back to back cannot recommend Reed enough. Lifesaver.
