I tried calling them multiple times, on different days and at different times. I've also left a couple of voicemails. No one has contacted me back. If it's this hard just to reach someone at the office, I guess I don't want to be a patient here after all.

Walked in to the office today attempted to repair a pair of glasses - I waited quite a while for help, but it seemed as if I was being ignored... Attendant stated that my glasses were "unrepairable". I went to another optic where they were more than happy to take my business. Service needs improvement.

Some of the laziest people I have ever seen. They changed their policy so that you can’t walk in and pick a new pair of glasses, you now have to get an eye exam every time, even though as an adult your prescription actually rarely changes. AND no matter what insurance you have the exam now cost $20! Gotta squeeze as much as you can out of your loyal customers!
