My experience was pure joy and satisfaction. I arrived with an amputated finger and they immediately were compassionate, caring , gentle and concerned. They all treated me with love and respect and kindness. Great Services and Providers
This review is more about the billing practices than it is about the medical service. I was seen at the ER for GI pain. The clinician and everyone involved were very professional and effective. I was billed $2000 for ER services and diagnostics, which I was more than happy to pay. Several months later I started getting calls from a collection agency stating that I still owed money for this visit despite paying my bill and never receiving a notice otherwise. I assumed it was a scam. I called ochsner billing dept and they confirmed I was not in collection with them. First of all, I want to say when I came there, I was feeling awful. Wants I checked in register so far the staff was great. Then when I got the room, I met my nurse my docters I met Jeff, my nurse, Dr. Casey K I met miss Tina. Very nice people to take care of me. I was anxious nervous did a great job.
