“I moved here 3 months ago and had a nightmare experience with a different nail salon so I’ve been scared to go to any other nail salons in the city. I also had an issue with the nail spa about a block from here. Nothing too crazy there. They just didn’t have good customer service and I knew to just leave. Thank God this place wasn’t too far away. It was right down the street. I really enjoyed this place and definitely see myself coming back. The customer service was really good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t do dip powder so I ended up having to get an acrylic overlay instead. Also filed my nails a little shorter than I wanted but, both of the ladies knew exactly what they were doing because I love my nails regardless and actually love that they’re shorter (my nails grow very long anyway). All in all, really good experience and would definitely recommend. I would keep in mind, again, that if you’re looking for dip powder, you will be a bit disappointed but they’ll still make sure you leave satisfied.“

“I have three sets of clip ins. I can’t fit all their hair on my head because the bundles are so full. They clean seamlessly and there’s no shedding. It colors easily and holds a curl. This will be my second year wearing my clip ins and I love them.“

There are so many amazing services offered and then the option to customize your experience with add-ons while booking make sure that you get the exact service that you want! I booked the nourishing mineral jelly pedi and added on a paraffin wax dip. I search for jelly pedicures literally whenever I go to a new salon and NO ONE offers them- so I was over the moon that this was an option and it was an absolutely incredible pedicure! I loved it and the paraffin dip was the perfect way to finish it off! I loved every second of it and will definitely recommend Lab and Lounge to anyone visiting the area!“
