They LIE or are grossly incompetent! I received a bill from a procedure over a year ago. I called and asked what had happened. They claimed a billing error on their end and to disregard the bill, they would resubmit. Several months later, another bill! Same procedure, same amount but threatening in tone and I call again. This time I was told my insurance didn't cover entire claim because it wasn't deemed necessary (a crown). I called my insurance company to inquire. My insurance company received no documentation from this office that I have been in multiple times to fix my one deteriorating tooth. The crown was the recommendation of my dentist because he continually repaired my tooth but it wouldn't hold. Louisiana dental response was that I had the repairs done for free but yet there was ZERO documentation of a my multiple return visits to repair this tooth. I appealed with my insurance and was told if dental office would provide such documentation they would reevaluate. I called LD AGAIN and asked them to resubmit claim with appropriate documentation, to which she said she would. Several months later, I am contacted by a debt collection agency regarding this bill that has now doubled due to interest and fees?!? WTF is wrong with these people? I spent three years repairing my credit and because of their ineptitude I am now paying the price. Avoid this place unless you like surprise billing and incompetence! So unbelievably frustrated!!!

The only good thing about this place is the dentist and the dental assistance. Idk what the hell is up with the front desk people not answering the phones! When you call during business hours nobody picks up!
