I can’t say enough great things about Tiffany. Per my husband, the patient, Tiffany was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she made him feel completely at ease from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything and gave him the best aftercare instructions, making sure he felt confident before he left. You can truly tell she cares about her patients, and that made all the difference. Thank you for making such a positive experience!
Overall, I’ve had good work done by Dr. Britsch and his staff is friendly. My last two visits, Tiffany assisted him and she was great. I will say, there was a notable difference in his demeanor when working with her. The first two times, it was two different assistants and the environment was noticeably uplifting. When Tiffany assisted, she was great with me. But when she tried to make conversation with Dr. Britsch he didn’t really engage and kind of let her talk to herself. It just made for an awkward environment.
This office is outstanding! Everyone is kind, caring, and truly invested in your well-being. They go out of their way to help and make sure your experience is as comfortable and positive as possible. I highly recommend them.
