Staff was welcoming and very professional. I was treated for acute bronchitis and made to feel like they cared about me and my symptoms. Services were prompt and I was thoroughly informed of my treatment plan. Meds were sent to pharmacy of my request and picked up without any issues. Thanks for the AWESOME SERVICE ? YOU GUYS ROCK
Courteous and friendly staff, very thorough, quick diagnosis. What more could a sick patient ask for. The best Urgent Care facility I've used in a long time. Highly recommend!
The staff were all very thorough and friendly. Jamie was the receptionist and she was amazing at checking me in prior to my appointment. Sonya was the nurse who got my vitals and gathered all the info for the nurse practitioner-she was also great at her job and friendly. The NP who took care of me was Kolleen and she was also awesome.I pre-registered online and was seen promptly at my scheduled time. It was a great experience at a trusted facility!
