The Receptionist was very nice and accommodating, there was no long wait, and the doctors or NP were very efficient, knowledgeable of their job, and handled you with so much care. The best urgent care to go to on my list , thank you Lourdes urgent care /Carencro .

I came in to urgent care with a severe sinus infection. The staff (receptionist/nurses/on-call practioner) were amazing. They treated me as though I was family. They address my signs and symptoms with the best care. I would recommend them to anyone for fast and friendly service. Great job ladies!!
