During icepocalypse 2026, our tankless hot water heater cracked on the same day we finally got power back (the irony is not lost on me), and BP Plumbing truly came to the rescue. I called first thing Monday morning, and they were able to come out later that morning to assess the damage. By the next day, they had a new unit installed. In less than 24 hours from my first call, we had hot water again ? They also patched a few drywall spots for us while they were there, and they turned out amazing!
