Absolutely great service! From the first time talking with Mrs.Tammy Kyle, she was main reason we chose to go with pelican. She was great at explaining things to us, who know nothing about the roofing process. She was very polite, knowledgeable and communicated with us very well. On to the roofing day. (2/4/26) I was told they would be at the house at 6:30-7 I arrived at 6:43 am and they were there ready to work. I walked over to Mr.Austin and he introduced himself and started to tell me what they're going to do and answered my questions. As they worked on removing the old roof. I asked if I could remove the old water heater tank while the roof was off, since we had a tankless already installed. Mr.Austin said sure! I'll help ya do that. I wasn't asking for help but I truly appreciated it. Austin wasn't the lazy *Project manager*either he was on the roof and helping the guys,that's a great manager. When they started at about 6:50 a.m.making sure the weather was good, to when they finished around 2:45 p.m. they were efficient and nice. They swept my yard where they worked with the magnets and got as many of the nails as they could. Mr.Austin told me "We'll do our best but you will likely find some. When you do just give us a call and we'll go over it again no problem." I found only 2 nails so far they did an excellent job and I will happily recommend this company to anyone! I highly recommend Pelican Roofing for their professionalism, workmanship, understanding, and respect. I recently had a new roof and gutter replacement done. Rob was exceptional; he was not pushy and guided me through the entire process. He was present throughout the project and promptly addressed any inquiries we had. Project Manager Brandon was also exceptional.
I had my roof replaced last week; and, I would rate my salesman (Rob) 98% and the contractor (Brandon) / replacement team a 98%. My only issue was the gutters being re-installed. It was was 11 days after they removed them, that they came back to re-install them. (and, I am sure the long time was partially due to the weather). Overall, I would highly recommend the Pelican Roofing Company
