Based on customer reviews, Nail Tech II offers a mix of experiences. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their products. Tina provides the best pedicures in a serene environment, and Vicky is an amazing hard worker who ensures clients are pleased. However, one reviewer had a problem with a young man who did not get the dead skin off the heel of their foot. Another reviewer will only return if a specific stylist does not do their nails, as they made a nail crooked and got irritated when asked to fix it. Overall, the ladies are very nice and keep clients entertained.
I’ve come here twice so far and haven’t regretted it. The pricing is the better pricing than most other nail places I’ve gone to around here. I will definitely come and see Sophia here every time I need my nails done.
I’ll go back only if Summer DOES NOT DO MY NAILS AGAIN…. She made one of my nails crooked asked her to fix it and she got irritated & said no it’s straight I said maam it is not straight please fix it… when the guy told her she had a Full Set to do she walked over huffing & puffing to do it… will not have her do my nails again… that’s the underneath of nails..
I just left from receiving the best pedicure of my life from Tina. Usually I have the hardest time relaxing in public, but under her care and with the serene environment, I nearly fell asleep. I will definitely be coming back! 🥰
