Really nice staff.Very informative about the different wash options and told me about the specials that were going on. Before entering, 2 individuals clean the front and back of your vehicle, and then you enter the actual wash. The vehicle came out pretty clean. I just need to do a few small areas in the front where the bugs were. There are vacuums that you pull up to. The hoses are on both sides, which is nice, so you don't have to fight to get it to the other side. A rack of clean rags are located on the side of the building if you choose to wipe it down or do a little more cleaning. Once you are done, there is a basket to put the dirty ones in.
