We had our upstair water heater rupture on a Saturday evening. Allstate hired this company to come Monday. The one abatement member seemed to be diligent and work fine. Large portions of our sheetrock were removed or drilled into, baseboard and crown mouldings removed, damaged, or stapled into, and carpet sections cut or pulled away from the sub-floor. Testing was done each day in the obvious areas of damage. 2 problems arose from our interaction with this company:1) The estimate they gave to Allstate was grossly under the amount a contractor could do the work for - DKI did not include the crown moulding that was stapled into, nor did they include the need to paint the...read full review
DO NOT USE!!!! They will come in to do half the job and send you a bill. They will NOT finish the job, they will NOT call you back. Worst customer service I have ever received.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
