I truly cannot say enough great things about Salon West. I have been seeing Kristal, the owner, for over seven years, and I would not trust anyone else with my hair. She consistently delivers beautiful results and truly listens every appointment turns out exactly how I envision it. Her expertise, attention to detail, and ability to execute are unmatched. Scheduling is always easy and seamless, appointments run on time, and her communication and customer service are absolutely top tier something that is so important when choosing a salon. From start to finish, the experience is stress free and professional. The salon itself is warm, welcoming, and filled with talented professionals who clearly know their craft. I’ve never been disappointed leaving this place! I always leave with what I am asking for, and just the overall vibe is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I live an hour away but will always make the trip just to come here.
