We are a small family business dedicated to our community and our military service members and their families. Our family has been living in this area for close to 50 years bringing up two children and now enjoying 5 grandkids. Mr. Joe (or Papa Joe as he was known to most) was a retired veteran & enjoyed bringing a smile to everyone who walked in. Mrs. Happy is the brains, beauty & boss (as Papa Joe liked to say). Wanting the American dream of having her own business, she learned English, got her citizenship & now works hard to provide over 40 years of experience as a seamstress. Papa Joe passed away July 2023 but with the help of her family, Ms. Happy continues to provides her very best service to the community.
