“We were given the best possible rate in these trying times. They worked very hard to make our dream come true! The processor was extremely efficient and had all of our ducks in a row so that our process went seamless and smoothly. As far as the negative review that I read, That was our transaction and trust me there are two sides to every story. The transaction throughout the whole process was made disturbingly rocky due to lack of communication on the sellers realtor side. Taking days to respond to simple questions, not providing us with documentation requests and demanding things that had nothing to do with us regarding the closing. The sellers requested changed the closing date because they couldn't close on their other house. They wanted to push it out past contracted date . It would have cost us thousands of dollars to change the date so we asked them to pay for half of that damage. It was beyond reasonable request but she was not happy about it. It made the entire process extremely uncomfortable at closing. This had nothing to do with the mortgage company. They acted in good faith on the part of their client each and every time.“
