I was honestly really nervous going in after reading some of the reviews, but my experience today was completely different! Everyone on the staff was very positive, kind, and professional. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. The doctor and team really seem to care about their patients and do a great job.
I must say the last couple of times I had an appointment, my name was called about 15 minutes after I signed in. Things have changed a lot in the last couple of months. The staff is more professional and courteous. My appointment was at 8:15 and I was out by 9:15. Keep up the good work guys!
The only criticism I have of is one I would like my Healthcare provider to have. Sometimes you're going to be waiting for 30-40 minutes longer than you thought, just be aware of that, but I promise it is due to diligence and commitment.
My doctor and the staff all do an impressive job and I will always be willing to wait for proper service in the Healthcare industry. This is an office that deserves your support and patience.
