We called this company to come out and do the last of some electrical work. In the beginning everything was great. The quoted price was ok. Then after they finished the work I gave the review of a five star. Now I'm giving a three. We had an AC guy come work on AC and found they missed a plug or two, yes it happens we all miss things. The owner was charging a $95 call-out fee for something they forgot to do. So, we hired a plumber to come do our hookups for the dishwasher, etc and the plumbers found the electric guys again and missed the hot water tank wires. So we call to let them know their mistakes again and they want to charge another call-out fee. We wouldn't have to call if they would recheck everything before they leave. Also wanted us to pay them more than the quote because after everything is turned on from the swepco they have to come back and check to see if all the plugs and things worked. So I would recommend them doing good except for forgetting and then charging the customer extra for their mistakes. Nice people but watch for call out fees and extra stuff they forget and charge the customer . and now we are a hassle for just letting them know what they forgot to do. customer service was great but getting a phone call from the owner complaining about a truthful review. just beware of pricing call out fees
