Porter's is a staple in Shreveport/Bossier City and do not disappoint.“

“Update: A customer service representative from Porter's contacted me via phone and corrected the charge for cleaning the dress. Initially this was frustrating, but they admitted their mistake and corrected the charge graciously.

I routinely use this location of Porter's and typically have positive outcomes. This time I dropped off my daughter's prom dress for basic dry cleaning. I was not told the price for the service at drop off. When I picked up the dress they charged $115.53 for a basic, strapless dress. This is an outrageous price for this service. If they are going to charge exorbitant prices for items like this, they should have a policy to give the price at drop off. I will be using a dry cleaner down the road from now on.“
