Nurse & nurse practitioner were very kind and thorough. NP listened to my concerns & addressed them quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour which shocked me due to increased number of visits due to multiple illnesses circulating. Did have to pay a higher copay but I was satisfied with the service so I did not mind. Hopefully I will not have to visit any time soon but if so I will be back.
No one goes to Coastal Care feeling well. However, from the moment I entered the building I felt I was in the right place for care. The receptionist was very efficient. The doctor was kind and professional. I don’t believe I could have gotten better care anywhere.
The receptionist was very kind & caring....it was my first time & she knew I wasn't feeling well..told me to take my time & was sweet..the Dr...I didnt get her name..she was excellent..I have an ear infection..felt awful..& she was very gentle & caring. What a wonderful place..very efficient too...Covid /RSV test also! Highly recommend!!!
