Based on the reviews, Bossier ENT & Allergy provides friendly, state-of-the-art care. The great people offer great service and great care with a very short wait even if the waiting room is full. The entire office personnel are amazing from the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors. Everyone is very attentive and very thorough and make you feel like family. The doctors are great, taking their time, explaining things, and listening to everything. They are caring, compassionate, and reassuring, making each visit count with no rushing. One doctor found some deep chronic sinus infections that other doctors had not found. Another doctor did a thorough exam and suggested several things to help with a constant “frog” in the throat. The education provided is impeccable for any lay person. Staff are nice, helpful, and show much compassion when trying to get an appointment.
