About Best Choice Roofing
Best Choice Roofing is a roofing business that provides free roof inspections and works with customers from start to finish. The roofer who came to inspect the roof was very detailed with the inspection of the roof and in the attic and kept the customer informed of all processes. He worked with the claims adjuster and explained all the financial dealings in detail. The customer was never in the dark about anything and was put at ease all the way through. Another team member also called and worked with the customer on the supplemental items. A team member was a great help on the phone throughout the process, and afterwards came out and checked on a vent that was still leaking. She discovered it was not the roof but a coupling that needed replacing. The crew that actually replaced the roof were very good and professional also. The crew did an outstanding job and the yard looked like no one was ever there. The new roof looks amazing and was a hundred times greater than the original roof. The sales rep was the friendliest and very honest in the evaluation of the roof. He did not try to sell anything that was not needed or quote an insane price. The process was very smooth and he went the extra mile in explaining everything. The production manager was a very sweet loving caring woman who really helped out. Everyone at Best Choice Roofing earned and deserve an exceptional rating and is highly recommended.
