My daughter and I both had an appointment with Nicholas last week, and it was exceptional. The salon itself is gorgeous — bright, clean, and such a warm, welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. Nicholas is an absolute gem. My daughter has very long hair and was nervous because this was the first time she wanted more than just a trim (a big chop for her!). He took the time to listen to what she wanted, asked all the right questions and made her feel completely at ease. He gave her the most beautiful, transformative cut. She is still making sure everyone knows about her haircut! I got a cut with him too, and he nailed exactly what I asked for. He truly listens and has an incredible eye for what will suit you. We both left feeling like new people. 100% our new salon — Thank you, Nicholas and Salon Oak!
