Mr. Charles, the house inspector, was very professional. He started the inspection before I arrived to expedite the time. After he finished, he explained what he found, and how to read the report. Mr. Charles integrates modern technology in the inspection process and is very thorough. I extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism in his work.
Charlie was a referral from a friend due to my normal inspector not being able to accommodate my schedule. Charlie was not only able to squeeze me in, but started early to ensure the inspection was done on time.
