“Called 5th Dimension Maintenance to fix some old outlets that weren’t grounded and didn’t have the child-safe kind. They also replaced a few broken light switches with nice new Decora ones. The guy showed up on time, got everything done fast, and was extremely respectful. Everything is much safer for our toddler and looks much better.
Super happy with the work—would definitely use them again!”
“Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying anything — let alone a home.
From the moment I stepped onto the Bolton Homes lot in Alexandria, I felt like more than just another customer. Chandler, the gentleman who sold me my home, was knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. He never pressured me or rushed the process — instead, he made sure I was fully confident and comfortable every step of the way. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting me into the right home, not just making a sale.
Christine, who guided me through the closing documents, was equally outstanding. She walked me through every piece of paperwork and made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming process incredibly smooth and easy to understand. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on me.
Now, let’s talk about the home itself: I was blown away by the size, layout, and build quality of the house I purchased. The insulation is incredible — I’ve had my A/C set to 68 degrees during the summer heat, and my electric bill has never gone above $280, on a 5bed 3bath house. That level of efficiency is a game-changer, especially in Louisiana where summers can be brutal. You can tell Bolton Homes puts quality and energy-efficiency at the forefront of what they do.
This wasn’t just a purchase — it was an investment in my future and peace of mind, and I’m truly grateful I chose Bolton Homes to help make it happen. I highly recommend Chandler, Christine, and the entire Bolton team to anyone looking to buy a manufactured or modular home. Their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to quality truly set them apart.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for everything
The Walton family.”
