I have been trying to file my taxes through them for about a month now, the daily excuse is “I’ll be in the office today” or shifting the blame on me as to why they are not doing their job. You cannot get anybody on the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. Customer service is horrible, very unprofessional. Last year, I filed with them and STILL have not received my taxes. This company is a SCAM!“
