At first, we kinda started off wrong but in the end Renee and I have a better relationship now and I think she's a very professional, considerate person and I try to always be on time paying my loan back on time when I'm due. I think she's a very good employee and I know she's always here alone and I always felt that wasn't fair to her and I know lately she has been going through some emotional matters right now and my heart goes out to her. I have much for her and I think you have an awesome employee and you may want to keep her.
