Jay from Quality Tree Service came by and gave me a price that was reasonable and fair. I agreed to the price and his crew arrived just before 7am on the agreed date. They did a fast and professional job of removing 5 trees and grinding not only the stumps from those trees but also 4 other stumps. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the were finished. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I had called two other tree service companies prior to meeting Jay from Quality Tree. Over a week later I still have not received the courtesy of a return phone call from the other two. I don't care how busy others are... in this day where everyone has a cell phone, there is no excuse not to not be professional enough to take 30 seconds to return a call from someone that could be a potential customer.
