An amazing experience. The tech had to locate my clean out. At my request, he extended the cap above ground so we could find it if needed again. He cleaned out our drain pipes and found a break that was caused by the weight of the cable box in our yard. Spectrum will need to fix that. Thankfully, he was thorough. Thanks Roto Rooter. You may have prevented a disaster.
Water pipes were leaking under slab and had gotten several estimates from various plumbing companies and roto rooter came out and gave me the best estimate. Within two days (problem fixed).They rerouted my pipes inside of attic.Guys were very nice and professional. Definitely would call them again if I needed a plumber.Thanks
Came out same day and quickly cleared my clogged drain. Used a pipe camera to show me the pipes were unclogged, clean and in good condition with no roots. Really liked being able to see what the pipes looked like inside once the clog was gone.
