“Called Stevens Fencing to get a picket fence put up to keep our dogs away from our AC unit as they were kicking up dust and hair into the outside unit.
Steven is responsive to text and calls and gets back with you in a timely manner. Steven showed up when he said he was going to show up and did exactly what he said he was going to do.
Steven came out and did an amazing, clean, and beautiful job. We are so happy we chose Stevens Fencing.”
“I called Northlake Fence back in February after being tired of replacing and repairing my gates after my dogs got out twice. Sarah, and Bubby are awesome!!! Sarah called me back and said that she would be sending Bubby out to talk to me, but warned that he is not a salesman. Oh, YES, he is the best salesman that a fence company can have because he's honest and knows his stuff!!!! After his arrival he could see the stress in my face from the worry of my dogs getting out. He told me to wait right there while he got something out of the truck. Within 5 minutes he had my gate secure so that my dogs couldn't get out!!!!! After he discussed all the options with me, as what I thought that I wanted that they would have made more money on, he came up with a better option for the location, and my dogs. He didn't know it, but after taking the time to secure my gate to relieve me of my worry I didn't care where the other bid came in, they were getting the job!!! At some point I will need to replace the rest of my fence and I won't be calling anyone other than Northlake Fence!!!!! The pictures are the before and after.”
