After being ghosted by a plumbing company that we had done business with for years, it was a welcome surprise to get a prompt call back from 5-Star to set up an inspection for an estimate for the next day - and to begin the repairs the same day. I expected the job to take a week and was expecting to spend a night or two in a hotel, but 5-Star did it in 2 days, ultimately with 4 persons on site the second day. The technicians were, to a man, polite, well spoken, obviously enjoyed what they did and worked together as a team.“
