They just finished the job at our house and did a fantastic job. They leveled the floor from where it had started sinking in the middle, replaced the old joist, fixed the flooring at the front door where it had leaked before we bought this house. The floors are so sturdy now. In 4 days they were completely done. I would definitely recommend this company to do your job & it be done right. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give them a 10.
When we needed to demolish our parent's home in Western Kentucky, Patrick Sr. & Patrick Jr. of Outlaw Land Leveling came to our rescue. I had a short window of time to get the work done and they were responsive, professional and got the job done in the timeframe I needed and within my budget. They are a great father & son team and are easy and fun to work with. And learning about their street racing hobby was cool because I will be looking for them in their Bumblebee and Venom cars on "Street Outlaws" on Discovery Network when I get back home! The Ochalek's were an answer to prayer for our family when we needed them, and we cannot recommend them more highly for any of your demolition or excavation needs.
Christopher and his crew got right on my project just a few days after I reached out. They showed up early. And didn't leave until the job was done the next day. I had a storage room on my flip house finished out that ended up flooding due to terrible work done by another contractor which allowed the door leading outside and some of the foundation to leak pretty bad. It hadn't been sealed at all.
Chris patched up the drywall I had to cut out seamlessly and put down new flooring and a vapor barrier after I had to tear out the old due to water damage. They even went ahead and fully finished out the room by painting it and adding some new trim that looked a whole lot better than the job I did.
I also had him install some new weather stripping around some old doors in the back and reset a storm door that was latching crooked. He did a fantastic job on it. The back of the house is already feeling more comfortable from heat getting inside. I was pleasantly surprised when I went back to check later on. He even hauled off the old flooring and some other trash I had from the damage and repair. I'd recommend him any time and would definitely look to hire him again in the future.
