Winchester Animal Clinic is a beloved veterinary office, known for its caring and knowledgeable staff, led by Dr. Lee. They are praised for their reassuring demeanor with both animals and their owners, using calm voices and kindness. The clinic is noted for its gentle handling of all patients and its passion for helping animals achieve optimal health. Additionally, their prices are described as affordable.
The clinic is not fancy, and the focus is solely on the care of animals. Patients and their owners appreciate that the costs do not go towards a lavish waiting room or beautiful flooring and landscaping. Dr. Lee and his team are dedicated to providing excellent veterinary services at reasonable prices. They have been praised for their exceptional care, with one customer sharing that Dr. Lee removed their 11-year-old cat's teeth for a fraction of the cost quoted by another clinic, ensuring the cat's comfort and well-being.
My dog broke his leg - dr Lee took his time and worked with him splinting him for months not doing a big surgery on him! Our pup has been up and running ever since! If ever I had a question or concern they were always quick in response and genuinely cared for him!!
Don't judge a book by it's cover. This place may not be the shinny updated vet's office you are used to but the treatment you and your pet will receive makes all the difference. The staff and Dr. Lee are the BEST! You can tell that they are compassionate and committed to providing with the best care to you and your pet. After seeking a second opinion at this place when my concerns were not taken seriously at my previous vet Dr. Lee was quick to address my concerns and make a plan to increase my dog's quality of life. I plan to be a loyal customer as long as Dr. Lee keeps working!
Amazing Vet!! Best place we have ever found so we have brought every loved pet to him for over 25 years. Best prices in central Ky. But even if it wasn't there are no VETS who know what's going on with your dog like Dr. Lee, he cares!! What will we do when he retires?!! ❤
