Keith at Sam's Floor Covering went out of his way from the start to help me get carpet installed in a time crunch beyond my control. 1st mtg: Keith had pre-selected several samples based on color & quality discussed by phone. I was blown away by the amount of in-stock carpet in the showroom, not to mention the organization of the samples & professional way he questioned me & help me quickly narrow my options & select samples to take home.
