Doc Miller has made my life more enjoyable. I had a spinal compression injury in Vietnam in 1968. I now compete in the Natural Bodybuilder contest and have done well for a 77 year old. I do 740 pound leg presses for 10 reps three sets. I take no prescription medicine. I do not take the flu short or covid shots. Rarely do I get sick.
