We bought a new house in Wickliffe that needed a little plumbing work. I called a couple different plumbers, but after talking to Robert, we decided to go with him. He was very courteous over the phone and seemed very knowledgeable. After he came out to give us an estimate, he let us know that some of the work we thought we were going to need really didn't need to be done. He had an opportunity to charge us for more than we needed, but was honest enough with us to shoot us straight. That's a trait you don't often see anymore. He came out and did the work promptly and efficiently. I would have no issue recommended him at all. If we ever need any more work, I will definitely be calling Robert again!
We have used simplicity on several events the latest being a wedding and she hit it out of the park it was so pretty exactly what the bride wanted thanks again for always being great
