I contacted Scott about an on going problem I was having with my a/c unit that has been diagnosed by another service provider. I informed him of the part that I was told would need to be replaced for it to work properly. He ordered the part and arrived the next morning, after a quick and thorough evaluation, he determined that it wasn't the said part needing replacement. He advised what was needed and stated he had what was needed in stock.He arrived early the next morning, on a Saturday even and installed it with a very thorough check of everything to make sure everything was working correctly. I called him on very short notice on a Sunday needing a repair, he was at my house under 2 hours later and had it fixed!! Very professional, very reasonable pricing!!Services: Heating system repair

We called Scott and left a voicemail on a Sunday afternoon as our heat pump stopped working. He called back later that day. We told him it was not an emergency as we had a fireplace. He agreed to be there first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it running again very quickly. Great Service. Will definitely use him again, highly recommended!!
