J&S Tire Service (formerly Ray's Tires) was my hero today! As I was driving to Warsaw for work from out of town, my tire pressure light came on. Two of my tires looked like they could be going flat. The family who owns J&S were so kind. I was waiting outside when they arrived to open the shop, and they immediately hoisted my car up to take off the two tires to inspect them. They put air in them but didn't find any holes or tears. They wouldn't even charge for their time and service because there wasn't an identifiable problem! We blew a tire on our camper. We were staying at a campground right across the road so he was able to order two new tires in the next day, mount and balance them and got them back to us. Great guy, great personality!

I ordered some oversized tires from simple tire. Their website said Ray's Tire couldn't handle the job. I called Ray's to see if there was an issue with the tires I ordered. He said it would not be a problem for him. He also said another customer had an issue with oversized tires from Simple Tire. I followed up with a customer service call to Simple Tire. After my explanation of my call with Ray's, they made a change to their system. The new tires were ordered, sent to Ray's Tire, and he had them installed with no problems. I highly refer Ray's Tire to everyone.
