“To the lady with the troubled experience. I can assure you that “the way you look” I’m assuming you mean the color of your skin, had absolutely nothing to do with the way the situation was handled. It is company procedure to check on clients when 10 minutes has elapsed after their session is over, to make sure you haven’t fallen asleep or hurt yourself, so they can get other people into the room. You didn’t lock the door and also hadn’t fully closed it. So when the employee came to check on you and noticed the door wasn’t fully closed how where they to know you would be half naked. It’s a hydro massage chair, what are you doing naked in there. I think you should reevaluate yourself. And it’s probably a good thing you don’t go there anymore. That’s the cleanest salon in the area and they don’t need you making things weird.“
