“I would give this company a 10 Star review today. It all started with drips of water from our kitchen antique tin ceiling. The mystery was WHERE is the water coming from. We had a plumber that couldn’t locate any leaks. A restoration company finally traced the water from a vent pipe on the roof somehow traveling through our 2 story house all the way down to the downstairs floor.

We located the leak yesterday. It was raining. We needed a roofer. Every drop was causing more damage and rain is forecasted for days. I made calls. I made more calls. Left messages. It’s a 2 story, so no. It’s a tin roof, so no. It’s raining, so no. It’s a holiday weekend, so no. All our home is Victorian wallpaper with wallpapered ceilings. (Photos of ceilings in review.) I was desperate to find a roofer.

THEN I talked to Tracy with All Tite. “We’ll come out between showers and get it taken care of.” And they did. It’s done. While they were here with their ladders and crew, they also repaired and cleaned our gutters.

Without them, it would still be raining into our home causing more damage. They came on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend, to a 2 story tin roof house, between showers, to repair the boot around a vent pipe, to stop the rain causing more damage to our home.
